Investment Property I assist buyers and sellers with investment property transactions and welcome working with a wide-range of clients – first-time investors, estates/executors looking to sell off a portfolio of properties, investors looking to complete a 1031 tax-deferred exchange and everything in between. Being a real estate investor myself, I'm able to advise clients from personal, as well as professional, experience.
Cabot & Company has a property management department. In addition to working with buyers and sellers of multi-families, retail centers, office buildings and other investment, we can collect rent payments, manage maintenance requests, provide 24-hour emergency coverage and find new tenants when old tenants move out.
As the head of Cabot’s Commercial division, I also handle retail and office transactions with landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers. Working mainly with small to mid-sized businesses, I advise companies with site selection, deal negotiation and a smooth transition to their new space. For purchase transactions, I can help businesses navigate through the Small Business Association (SBA) loan process and have numerous service providers that I can refer clients to with confidence for all aspects of the deal. On the leasing and selling side, I utilize the latest marketing tools and utilize specialty commercial real estate databases.
